Extruder: Using screws of high efficiency and excellent mixing property , forced reverse feeding section which is a spiral slot, as well as a high speed and low voice reduction box with hard tooth surface, the extruder guarantees high output and relatively low energy consumption.
Mould: It adopts spiral and composite die head, which ensures easy adjustment, even discharging and quality products. The extruder also has line-marking function.
Vacuum sizing and cooling device: Adopting special designed sizing sleeve and stainless steel water tank, accurate sizing, prompt cooling and high efficiency are fulfilled.
Tractor: The reasonable designed multi-clawers tractor makes the interface between the pipe and the pedrail more even. The frequency conversion ensures stable traction speed.
Cutting machine: Adopting planet cutting mode, it ensures plane and clear pipe cross-section.
Controlling system: It uses ordinary mode controlling as well as man and machine interface, so as to meet various requirements of different clients.
