SJ Series of Single-screw Extruder

SJ series of single-screw extruder can apply to produce such products with thermoplasticity as pipes of PP, PE, PS, ABS, PMMA, PVC, as well as plates, sheets, rods, profiles and plastic pellets. According to different raw materials and product specifications, screws with different ratios of length diameter and compression, barrels of different structures and proper driving devices are adopted so as to make products with high quality.

● All hard teeth surface bears experienced heat treatment and fine grinding, the reduction box together with the inner forced cooling system ensure high efficiency, low voice and long lifespan.
● The screw has been designed with reasonable geometric parameter. Corresponding to different raw materials and products, screws with different ratios of length diameter and structures are selected to meet different request of clients.
● In accordance with different requirements of raw materials, the heating section
of material barrel has two structures i.e. slot section and smooth section.
● Both screw and barrel are made of alloy steel with excellent properties, which
have advantages of abrasion resistant, anti-corrosion and high strength.
● The whole set is of reasonable and standard structure, which ensures
convenient operation and easy maintenance.
