●The optimized configuration of the extruder not only meets the requirements of the production line on the extrusion volume, but also minimizes the power consumption of the production line. The buffer design of the feeding section of the extruder greatly reduces the power of the main drive motor; the extrusion system with a large aspect ratio (36) satisfies high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-quality extrusion of materials.


●The well-developed mold running channel has a more compact structure and smoother operation, making the molding equipment run more smoothly and have a longer service life.


●The surface of the mold running track adopts new technology hardening treatment, the hardened layer has high strength, does not fall off, and has a long service life.


The adjustment structure of the inner and outer layers of the extrusion die has completely reformed the traditional adjustment structure of the partial wall (loosen the fastening screw first, then adjust the wall thickness adjustment screw, tighten the fastening screw, extrude the material to verify the adjustment effect, repeat until the requirement is met); there is no need to loosen any fastening screws before adjusting directly. Easy to operate, avoid melt leakage, and prolong the use of extrusion dies.

Spiral channel extrusion die

 The end of the flow channel adopts the same plane sealing and inlay positioning connection structure, which greatly reduces the processing difficulty and improves the sealing effect.

 Adjustment of the inner and outer walls of the die head No need to loosen any fastening screws, and adjust directly.

Aluminum alloy sizing sleeve

Aluminum alloy sizing sleeve, the design of cooling channel is more refined, the layout of water inlet is more reasonable, the cooling is more uniform and the efficiency is higher.
